My name is David Michos, and I love coffee!
Yes, I own a corporation but don't be fooled by the title. It's just me and my team of excellent tradespeople.
I’m a property professional who buys unrenovated homes and then spends the necessary money and time to renovate them for profit.
It’s what I do.
Selling directly to me can save you a lot of money that would otherwise go to real estate agent costs, including advertising, photographs/ videos/ floor plans and agent commissions.
These costs can run into many thousands of dollars.
But when you sell your house to me, I can be flexible with settlement terms to suit you and your needs.
If the home is rundown, messy or needs work, never mind - I see that as an opportunity for me to refresh it.
But not all homes are suitable for me to buy. I can very quickly work that out and will be upfront with you.

I've been active in the property industry for nearly 30 years.
I started my journey with my first investment property purchase at just 19 years of age. Since then, I've built an enviable portfolio and an extensive experience across most areas of Real Estate.
From landlord to property flipper and everything in between, I've made it my business to educate myself, implement this knowledge and pursue my personal property passion.
I've also utilised my property knowledge in various management roles across home lending, property marketing, not-for-profit and seller’s advocacy. Most recently I have purchased a Real-Estate Agency, beachside, in Melbourne.
